Feb 10,2019Customer service, delivery speed and packaging is second to none. The quality of the ribbon is great. My only is that the ribbon is so tightly bound and tied that it is creased in places. As a result, one metre of the 9m cut length was unusable. This was the case with three orders, so not just a one off.

Feb 02,2019I was looking for white card to do Save the Date for my friend and wasn't sure which one would be suitable for inkjet printers. I had an online chat with a young man who was very helpful and recommended an off white card. The Save the Dates looked very professional when printed on the recommended card. I have used Imagine DIY several times now and the service is excellent and the goods are always nicely wrapped, which is a nice touch.

I have to say as well, when I received the package I was very impressed at the effort that had been put into wrapping it! They had even put some love heart sweeties in!
