Feb 12,2025I bought the headphones online from your shop two weeks ago. Today I try to charge battery , i just find out that the charger doesn’t fit on the headphone. I can’t put the charger in the hole because the hole doesn’t mat with the charger. Today I bought it to the shop Imerco in Aabenraa ask them if it possible to get refund or change to the new headphone and they answer me its not possible they will sent it to fix and they will send sms to me when the product is ready and i have to go pick up at the shop. I asked them when will it be ready they said don’t know when . I feel very bad with their services. I feel like it unfair for me that i have to handle with this problem because its not my fault, but it yours products that bad quality . I wish you show more responsibility about this and could help more.
