The bedspread I purchased was just as advertised. The packaging was very good and the delivery was very prompt , sooner than expected. I would definitely order from Imperial Rooms again.

Service was good with prompt delivery. However, the sheet i originally ordered was not available and i was offered an alternative. I didnt really mind, but the one that arrived had loose stitching and buttons so came apart when i put it on the duvet. Not good quality, was a bit dissapointed but didn't contact for a replacement, i just sewed it up.

I struggled to find some curtains for my livingroom I kid you not its took me 5 pairs of curtains and 3 months to find the perfect set in my budget. Then I stumbled across imperial rooms by mistake and now I have perfect curtains perfect price fast delivery thanks will definitely use again doing my bedroom next and your bedding is stunning

I had an incorrect item in my order and contacted customer service, they were excellent! I received the correct item within 3 days and I actually kept the incorrect item as well as the quality of the bedding is A+. Possibly the best customer service I’ve received for a long time.

I was doubtful about the curtain quality when ordering as the price was so good but when the curtains came, I was so chuffed. The quality is good and the colours absolutely spot on unlike some sites where, when the item arrives, the colour differs. I bought these for both my front door and landing windows. The design is stunning. The delivery was prompt. No issues at all with this site. I am so please I will be mentioning this site to friends and family. Thanks.
