Sep 15,2022everything i got was really good don’t get me wrong but some items were forgotten and my package came a week late ( but that was only because of the strike). costumer service was amazing though they sorted it out straight away.

Feb 17,2023Horrible customer experience The package arrived two weeks late. Customer service was unreachable during these two weeks despite many emails and calls from me. I had to threaten to report them to the police so someone would contact me and I would receive my package. And on top of that! The bed sheet is missing.... (Sorry about my English, I’m French.)
