Aug 30,2023For those who are interested in further developing their agile coaching voice, Joe's classes are money well spent. In the past I have taken 2 different classes with Joe as the instructor and walked away energized and with coaching tools I could use immediately. The Agile Kata is actively being experimented with in my org and is much needed fresh air, and ENT-CAT provided me ways to look at coaching from a previously unknown angle. This is directly related to Joe and the course content he used, and his authenticity.

Jul 15,2022I did the PSPO course with Nils and I can highly recommend him as a trainer! Nils is really nice and gave the class in a way that was both understandable and fun. We discussed real-life scenarios and worked on some interesting exercises, and Nils allowed ample time for questions and further discussion. We were also provided with enough resources for further reading in order to complete the exam. Overall, I really enjoyed the course, I learned a lot, and I feel more confident in my role as Product Owner now.

Personally, I like that the focus is on "the doing part", so you can go through the different stages and exercises yourself. This helps to bring up an understanding to the team when they are in the process of building and working with Nexus. See you soon :)

Jan 27,2022At the end of last year I took the PSPO I course with Nils Oud. The course was very useful since it was a practical mix between theory and the experience of the attendees. Without a doubt, it is a course for which you must have a foundation of concepts or a little practice, since it does not delve much into theory. Nils makes the hours go by quickly between dynamics and exercises, that's very nice. In the end one is left wanting more since two days is not enough to cover all the material. But the tips and advice to pass the certification exam are invaluable.

Oct 29,2021I truly enjoyed the Professional Agile Leadership training by Nils Oud. His approach consisted of a pleasant and effective balance between lecturing and leaving space for discussions. I would definitely recommend Nils to any organization.

Oct 22,2021This week we had Joe Krebs successfully complete the Advanced Scrum Masters class. The 2 days were a mixture of classroom training and exercises. Though tough it held our interest, our focus, led to great scrum discussions and I got out of it more then I expected. This is the 2nd class I had with Joe and I cant say enough good things, about the way he delivers the teaching and his personality. Oh by the way we had a lot of fun during the class which helps

Nils is a great teacher, even if we went off-slides for big part of the training to discuss real-life scenarios, we still made it through assessment and got the answers to the questions that were bothering us within our organizations. Would totally recommend working with Incrementor to my colleagues and friends.

Oct 11,2021The 2-day training I have attended with Nils's class was such valuable experience. It was more like a workshop during which we had done a lot of interactive exercises and little projects. Through these Nils navigated us very proficiently to the key points and take-aways of the PO role and the entire Scrum framework and made us actually ponder over the theory and real-time applications that we could take with us for our future career as product owners. This class also helped with my PSPO exam which I've passed with a very high score:) All I had to do after class was making sure I absorbed the Scrum Guide and reviewing the things we've discussed during the class. Thanks again for such comprehensive and enjoyable training.

Oct 08,2021PSPO I I participated in the training by Nils Oud for the PSPO I course. I would definitely recommend him for this course, considering his knowledge of the theoretical framework combined with his huge practical experience allows for a very interactive and insightful training!

Jul 19,2021I took the PAL-E course with Nils Oud. It was my first virtual training course and it was an excellent experience. Nils is an excellent teacher and facilitator. I would not hesitate to take a course from Nils, or Incrementor again.

Jul 14,2021Our trainer, Nils Oud, did a great job introducing Scrum to us in the two-days course! We had a chance to have a valuable hands-on training in smaller teams, as well as a good deal of theory on scrum methodology, including real life examples. Definitely to be recommended.
