The owner or one of the employees totally understood and was super nice to me refunded my card and was totally a gentleman about the situation which making him friendly and expedient.

That message came later by email, about 10 days later! I do like the product very much but was very disappointed that I have to wait so long for the last of the 4 blankets. Sincerely, Sue Komins
