Jul 08,2020I ordered and paid for my Infograpia product on January 16th, my credit card was billed on the 17th Jan. Requests to Infograpia support chasing non-delivery of my product were ignored. Except on one occasion where an Infograpia Support employee, responded with a screenshot of my order asking me to confirm if it was indeed my order. I replied yes, that it was. And then..... Nada, nix, niente. I heard nothing again from Infograpia. Polite follow-up support mails (via the Infograpia webpage produced...? You guessed it, nada, nix..... Dreadful service. Seems the company just want to take my money and run and don't even have the ciurtesy to reply to legitimate requests for information. And selfish though I realize it might seem, the product I actually paid for!!! SHAME ON YOU INFOGRAPIA.

Jul 02,2020I think these are planted reviews. Trust me, it’s a terrible platform ( I don’t think it really is even that, but rather a consumer fraud ). Don’t do it. I’m will keep it simple. There are others that are far more advanced. Good luck.
