Dec 21,2020The people I spoke to were all really very polite and able to feedback information by responding quickly. They were a pleasure to deal with, please pass on my thanks to them for being so courteous and diligent. The communication was fairly reactive with me having to chase however I can’t compliment the team enough as updates were quickly responded to upon request. The people I spoke to were only able to supply minimal information with updates about next steps. Clearly this is not their fault as they can only update on the information that they are given and, as a business, you could provide more regular daily updates to clients. The service provides a really clear outline of what’s on offer and the portal makes the loan easy to manage. Right now you provide a lifeline to business owners. Keep up the good work!!

Dec 21,2020Excellent service. They contacted us to offer a new loan which we were looking for at the time and rather than being a blanket sales email, they delivered exactly what they promised to. An expeditious and more than efficient service. Extremely happy with the help from Rosie, Francesca and Kim. Would recommend.

Sep 10,2020Stay away from this company! I was approved for a loan for my business on 27/08/20 and had everything completed and signed off. Two weeks later today, I have still not received the funds. Whenever I call them they tell me they are waiting for funds to be released by management. I have chased and chased. Last Friday I was told it would be done midweek this week but again nothing. It is very strange how in 2 weeks there are no payment runs and not quite sure where management and finance have actually disappeared to. Stay away from this company, they will just play you around.

Jun 04,2020Got legal action notice during this pandemic period absolutely moral lees company , our company liquidated in December then we manage to came agreement to pay Monthly as we personal guarantor which we pay from January and February then in March we haven’t managed to keep those re payment but we offer part due to Covid19 pandemic period, my whole family stuck abroad with limited internet and money , as we got small child , after explain whole situation and offer part payment they ignored all our requested and told it will goes to Solocitor for demand of payment now we got letter from solicitor asking full loan amount and plus late fees around £4600 extra on top , my questions this even morally right to demand those late charge is this even humanity to treat customer from 4 year of businesses??? Lesley know how we use to efficient about our re payment in past but circumstances are changed all we asked for few month support during this pandemic time but this company don’t care if people and their family dying or not they all care about their money with late charge !!!!

Apr 02,2020The worst company I have ever dealt with Got "approved" for a loan to fund a major project my company was undertaking and therefore hired all the staff I needed to do the job. I waited for the money and waited and waited and got one excuse after another. By the time the money arrived it was too late and most of the staff had walked off the job as I couldn't pay them. Couldn't do the contract but was still chased for the money.

Feb 07,2020Francesca was my Accounts Manager from start to finish and she has been great to work with. She kept me uptodate with all information and was always available via phone or email. From application to get the contracts signed took 3 working days which is amazing service considering my bank manager needed 6 weeks to decide if we could get an overdraft. Only reason they didnot get 5 stars is because the take one week after signing the contracts to receive the payment, which is still very fast compared to the high street method. Overall amazing Service and good value for money

Dec 09,2019What a waste of time. Have applied and submitted all requested documents they have asked for over the last few months I have kept this up to date. Only to now be told they don't lend to companies based in Scotland. Why is this not clearly stated on the website??

Nov 15,2019I got two loans with them and never missed a payment, they were helpful and responsive....until things go wrong with your business and then they turn very aggressive and unprofessional. I had paid back almost all the loan amounts, initial loans amount not interest but still a lot of money. From a £10k loan i'd paid well over £9k back to them and from a £5k loan id paid back over £4100. Then my business suffered an unforseen drop in sales that really put a strain on us. I told them the situation after a couple of payments were missed and offerd a very resonable repayment plan for 3 months so we could get back on our feet. They refused, even though id paid back a LOT of money to them and usually had no issues. The first time they threatened me with a winding up and bankruptsy petition straight away, threatened legal action and their tone was aggressive and unprofessional. We sorted this out and i managed to get back on my feet and resume full payments for over 4 months. then things went bad again and yet again I was immediately told they have no interest in helping, no interest in agreeing to a payment plan again and that their solicitors are now invloved and they will go fo a winding up order. This is without any form of conversation or debate. Just straight away legal action. So they are a great company when things are going well, god forbid you have any unfortunate drop in sales or income as they dont want to help, and they wont listen to a struggling company that is asking for help, they just want to show how big they are and you have no chance of sorting something out that will allow you to continue paying at a reduced rate for a short space of time. They have had a hand in my company now looking like its going to be taken and ill lose everything, all becasue they wont help and listen and understand that unfortunately in business things do go wrong sometimes but we always try to sort it out, they dont want to know. I would never reccomend this company to anyone, and all those that have had good experiences with Infund i agree that they are great when all is fine, but when it isnt you will see a complete change of attitude and customer services and credit control

Oct 16,2019Infund did help the business out with the lending although the payment structure is daily. When the going was good, this company was a good help. But when our business failed and went into liquidation. they became very aggressive and pushy and have no sympathy for people who are out of work and no business. although we was able to come to some arrangement they used very aggressive techniques and are very unprofessional. Our other personal guarantee debts have not acted like this company. A personal guarantee only comes into play when the business is completely liquidated. up to then, they have to wait like any other creditor. Infund decided they wanted to make themselves the preferred creditor and had no regards for taking into account my personal expenses whilst out of work. In summary, easy to get money from them and helpful from the outset but if it goes sour, they are very aggressive and inconsiderate.
