I browsed through all the plans across multiple providers before decide to go with INF. I found Cost to coverage ratio of INF much better compared to other providers. I also had good experience with their customer representative when I had few clarifying questions (after purchasing the policy). I had read the reviews on several visitors' insurance companies before deciding on this. This is one of the few insurances which had good customer care service and was pretty easy to file claims or ask the hospital to directly bill the insurance. It covered most of my dad's emergency visit to the hospital and the agents on the phone were responsive to all querries.
