Jul 25,2024Good price (superficially), quick delivery, BUT product failed to deliver. Emailed for support, IGNORED, phoned the number provided IGNORED... Brought a black ink cartridges,which even after repeating cleaning leaves streaks and has a missing section. Brought a colour ink cartridge, cyan, although reads "full" does not print... Absolutely AVOID this company!!!

Feb 18,2025This company are asking for my Experience, Well as they have not sent me the inks I have requested and already paid for which were ordered 29 January. Order No 000002733 they said they were not in stock and could they send them after the tenth of February, as you can see I still have not received them but they sent me a reminder saying this would be the last reminder to review their performance so how do you think they did ???? RUBBISH
