Denny was very patient and helpful in assisting me with setting up a cable/internet/phone bundle for my brother who lives in a different city than I do. When I didn't have all the info I needed from my brother yet, Denny kindly offered to call me back on a day & time that worked for me so that I could get in touch with my brother before finalizing the deal. Denny called me back at the exact time we had pre-arranged. This was the MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE I ever had setting up cable--EVER! I never thought I would use the would "pleasant" to describe a cable/internet install/setup, but it truly applied in this case! Thank you Denny!

Patrick was great. I'm so glad I contacted In My Area. I called about ATT because I was trying to avoid dealing wtih Spectrum again. However, after checking for me, Patrick determined that they're my only option. Working with him was a million times more professional and efficient than with any Spectrum direct CSR I ever spoke to when I had them before. Patrick told me I can handle most anything I will need with my new Spectrum service through In My Area rather than through Spectrum's horrible service center, and because of that I'm dreading having to have Spectrum again quite a bit less than I was before I talked to Patrick. He was friendly, personable, and efficient.

so far so good... bummed about the price but im not shocked since we're in the middle of no where. Only spoke on the phone to get it set up but it was easy and the service rep hooked us up with a bunch of promotions... hopefully that's not a red flag that we're going to get screwed later lol but as of now i'm happy

So far so good, the test will come after installation and as problems occur. My time is valuable and I hate being on the phone trying to fix internet. In the past with other carriers I've spent 2+ hours when it probably would have taken less time to send a technician.
