Nov 21,2024Very impressed with the AI Consultancy Project Training so far - I am only on the second project module and already I am seeing the potential of applying these methods and techniques in an actionable and measurable way. Rob is an excellent teacher and takes the time to set realistic expectations while still keeping you inspired as to the possible outcomes ahead. I like his teaching style and find the case studies of what other students are doing to be helpful and encouraging. Absolutely would recommend this course to anyone interested in building a career around AI consulting and implementation.

Nov 04,2024Valuable and actionable learnings. I decided to subscribe to Innovating with AI's course on building a consultancy based on AI expertise. While I was not intending to launch such a consultancy, I wanted to learn more about AI and what to do with it. This course addressed my needs. It gave me some insights into both AI (tools, do's and don'ts) and sales (building an offer, a sales pipeline, how to approach new customers, bring them along the funnel...). It's a great combination of sales tips applied to AI. And I can actually apply it outside of the AI world too. Rob is a dedicated teacher, providing tips during the Q&As and also bonuses that can be accessed later on on the course platform. I highly recommend this course.

Oct 27,2024I have been able to truly launch my consultancy business due to all the guidance I'm receiving from Rob's program. I've SO MUCH information available for me and a comprehensive step-by-step outline to fully develop my business, with insights that I have not found in other programs to be quite frank. What I love most about the program is the fact that it's self-paced however, Rob is a great accountability partner as he gives recommendations on what I should focus on per every stage of my business. I learned I don't need to have absolutely everything set in place instead, I've learned what's the bottom line of what I need to get started... then once I've hit a specific financial marker, I'll focus on adding to my service offers. I truly appreciate the value I'm receiving because, for someone like me who has worked in corporate for so long, I'm used to and expect structure in my learning materials. I can't wait to see where I am in 6 months from today. Within a month I've already secured three clients and working a few more as I learn and build.

Oct 24,2024When I was deciding whether to sign up for the AI consultancy program, I was torn about investing in a program, and then between making the most minimal investment which was the course content or whether I would invest in the course content plus group coaching. I went with the latter and so glad that I did. This program will meet you where you are in terms of your confidence, perceived competence, and goals for the kind of consultancy you want to build. If you’re considering this program, you’re already way ahead! Rob’s experience, perspective, partnership and support is unmatched ss far as business coaches and trainers go. From my perspective, he facilitates as a true coach where it’s not only about participants succeeding but that his success is dependent on our success, on a human level – not merely a business level for his future sales. I am senior level exec and have partnered with my peers across domains not in my area of expertise to support organizations but launching your own business is on a whole other level. I have never done formal sales, certainly not a marketer, and have not served as a formal consultant. Even with all of these things being true, this program has already set me up to successfully launch an AI consultancy and it’s only been a few weeks. Rob starts us off with incremental actions meant to dismantle mindset barriers and build confidence. Learning from and with other participants is also a huge component to this. The hybrid program includes templates, exemplars and ongoing and immediate feedback. This has been well worth the investment even if I never launched a consultancy. I’ve learned so much about launching and scaling a business that will be invaluable for me as a professional.

I know people argue that there is so much free info on YouTube - but so often you have to piecemeal it all together whereas the AI courses from innovatingwithai.com are cohesive and ACTIONABLE! It takes away any guesswork or doubt about what next steps should be. I've been able to accomplish more in one week of being in the program than 3 months trying to figure it out on my own with free online resources. Thanks Rob!

Nov 22,2024The absolute best online program and sadly I’ve purchased a lot on this subject matter. When I heard Rob speak my language about soloprenuer journey and having the proper systems to still lead a happy calm life I knew it was worth the investment and wish I would have found him sooner. Be careful with other programs. Most are just giving you high level demos if no code low code tools and giving you gimmick advice on digital marketing fundamentals. Rob is the real deal.
