Oct 08,2024You sold me an oil based paint without telling me. There were no instructions about cleanup on the tin. We now have a verandah that is hydrophobic which means water pools and the leaves a mark when finally dry. Any suggestions as to a remedy would help.

Oct 08,2024The salesperson that I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, patient and interesting. I did not go in to necessarily buy anything, and the salesman was not trying to sell anything either really. The only reason I bought from inspirations was because the salesman was genuinely interested in listening and was not trying to sell. Every salesperson should take a leaf out of this guys book. BTW the invoice has his name as Barry M
