Aug 06,2024Great and friendly service But it was a shame that they were unable to mix the colour I required there and then because they were short on staff So I couldn’t get the project done I had planned for the weekend Having to make another trip down the m1 to pick up the 2 paint spray cans costing me time of work Maybe that’s how it is these days when you have staff that don’t turn up for work Apart from all that the staff member that served me was friendly and good at her job. Aug 05,2024This was the first time I had ordered from Inspiration Paints and did so online. When I arrived at the store my order wasn't ready and the staff couldn't initially find my online order. After they found it I had to wait whilst they moved around the store to find the items. Although the website said my items were available the telescopic pole, the roller frames and line tape weren't in stock despite the website advising they were so staff asked if I would accept alternatives which was fine. This meant the staff needed to then work out how to do the credit and recharge which also took time. My order which I thought would take 5 minutes to walk in and grab took over half hour. That said the staff tried hard to help and carried my items out to my car which was much appreciated. During my first shop I bought some sample pots so I went back the next day to purchase my selected colour paints, my second experience was far better, much quicker and a staff member carried the 2 x 10 litre paint cans into my car which was much appreciated. The Dulux paints were really good quality as were the accessories.
