Jan 05,2025We have shopped here many times over the past few years whilst renovating our house. Usually happy but this time the advice and products received for a roofing paint were useless and could not use the special rollers that I was sold and was given incorrect thinners - who knew there were strong and weak thinners - so all in all money was wasted and when I returned to shop to discuss what happened was not offered a refund or discount. I feel that for specialised projects that all staff should know the information and be able to provide correct advice and if not find someone who can. Also if you have a roof area - allow for more paint to be required. Disappointing and expensive exercise. If a loyal customer then should be afforded better treatment.
