Mar 05,2025Amazing company. Needed help measuring as was unsure on a measurement, it was 4pm on a Sunday and yet still got brilliant help. Ordered Sunday night, used the fast rack service and installed them on Tuesday evening. Could not have been better service and I am so pleased with the result. Will def recommend and use again. Thank you for the brilliant service and quality product.

Mar 01,2025The shutter blinds are one of the best things I have ever purchased. I looked at many sites and the instructions for measuring were very simple and easy to do. I was a bit worried when I noticed that I could not return if I made a mistake but due to the detailed instructions guide there would be no way I could go wrong. They arrived quicker than quoted and were easy to install. I am really pleased and will be ordering again for other windows. Great company.

Feb 28,2025I recently moved home and had traditional shutters before in my old property. I decided to go for the instant shutters as they looks so practical and you dont need to pay for installation, i was very concerned about measuring as its not my forte .step by step guide from Ben ,which was very helpful and he actually called me out of office hours as I was in work in the day and couldn't measure then by myself .as I was afraid I would not get it right. I must say they look as beautiful and they cost a fraction compared to the traditional ones. I love the fact they are self installation and so easy to fit. What a fantastic service im so happy i found instant shutters on instergramm. A total personal and professional service thankyou so much,i will be back for more they transform the room.

The staff was friendly and took the time to understand what I needed. The delivery was fast, which I appreciated. The shutters look fantastic and have changed the feel of my rooms. They give me privacy while still letting in natural light. I highly recommend them for window shutters. Their great customer service, quality products, and skilled installation made it a five-star experience!

Feb 20,2025I came across this company on Facebook, when looking to purchase some perfect fit shutters. Their videos are very helpful with instructions on measuring and fitting. I took the measurements and got my quote. Their site was easy to navigate, and I was very pleased with a very competitive quote. My delivery date was 3/4 weeks, which I was happy with, compared to some of the well known sites. I placed my order, and got a call from Ben, in the customer service department. I was offered a fast track service, which was an extra £7.50 per shutter, and guaranteed to receive my order within the week. I was happy to take him up on this, due to the already reasonable price of my order. I ordered on the Wednesday and the shutters were made, dispatched and delivered on the following Tuesday. After unpacking, I installed 4 shutters in the windows, within 15 minutes. They are so easy to install. They are also very easy to unclip from their brackets, to clean the windows. They are great value for the money. Ben is very helpful, if you have any questions. I would highly recommend this company, based on my experience.

Feb 20,2025Easy to order, we measured twice just to make sure! We then ordered two sets of shutters in different colours. I received a phone call to check that the colour of the shutters was correct as I had two different colours. (it was correct one window is older and not brilliant white) Really impressed me. Email said delivery between 12th - 14th Feb. Only communication regarding delivery was on the day of despatch 14th Feb, my shutters finally arrived on 17th Feb. Be prepared for a long wait as these are bespoke shutters, delivery took one month, definitely worth the wait. Just be aware that if you have older double glazed windows with the black rubber seal showing beyond the window frame it is very difficult to fit these shutters. We had to force the clips between the rubber seal and the window frame. Our other window is new and the rubber seal is concealed below the outer frame of the window the clips fitted easily to these windows. Great quality shutters, well made, look good and a great price. I would highly recommend this company.

Put me at ease with measurements and every question promptly answered, they even called me to confirm everything back when i was getting confused. The shutters are fantastic quality, fit like a glove and literally took minutes to fit. They also come with the best packaging i have ever seen with the best prices i could find too. I cant thank Ben and the team enough. One more window to order and i will be recommending them to everyone. Thanks again IFS!

Feb 12,2025What an absolutely amazing company to deal with. I first contacted them due to the narrow size of some of my windows not fitting the required minimum measurement. Ben advised at the time unfortunately it was too narrow. However after a couple of day he messaged me back advising they were able to custom build them. I ordered them on Tuesday and they were delivered Friday lunch time. What an amazing process and service provided. Shutters are of great quality and look fantastic in my new loft conversion. Took me 10 minutes to fit them. I’m over the moon with the end result and will be ordering more very soon.

Mar 07,2025Good communication, Ben was especially attentive and ensured all our queries with measuring were answered quickly. We had made a mistake with our measurements meaning we had one window without a shutter. When contacting Ben to order a new one with the correct measurements he straight away got it ordered and fast tracked the delivery. We received the shutter 2 days later which was amazing! We are very impressed with the quality and overall look of the shutters. Great service would highly recommend this company.
