Feb 12,2025Instyle installed both my kitchen and bathroom recently. Very happy with the products, the service. The fitters were brilliant. Everyone kept me informed. Did a great job. A little snagging needed but carried out promptly. Went the extra mile. Definitely recommend.

Feb 03,2025Would rate this company more than 5 stars if I could, Instyle kitchens and bathrooms is second to none. Amazing company to deal with, had a beautiful bathroom fitted a few years ago, and their aftercare service is excellent. My shower went faulty which happens, they were prompt in their replies, new shower ordered and fitted promptly. A big thank you to all the staff who go above and beyond. Wish they're were more companies like this.

Nov 18,2024We were very happy with new bathroom in our last house and when we moved engaged Instyle to fit the kitchen & bathroom in our new home. Very happy with the work and results. Almost 2 years after installation, we had an issue with our shower. The manufacturer they used for the shower supplied a new unit and the guys in the remedial dept visited us and replaced the thermostat valve. Great service even after the work is completed. Thanks

Nov 07,2024Hello, I just had mark and jamie fitting my ensuite bathroom today in johnstone, what a great job. I had a terrific experience with instyle from kick off Alan with the quote, callum with the delivery and collection of rubbish and most of all Mark and jamie. Really professional, very hard working and highly skilled. Also, the material themselves were of such high quality. Great job lads. I have another bathroom, once I get money together I would like you to come out and do that job, well done and thanks.

Oct 04,2024We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen! Alan was very helpful in planning and designing our kitchen and there was absolutely no pressure to proceed. Every single staff member we were in contact with was friendly and helpful. Our old kitchen was uplifted the day after it was removed, with all packaging uplifted when this was ready to go. Every trades person worked hard to create our beautiful kitchen. Unfortunately, due to work commitments we didn’t really have a lot of interaction with the fitters, with them arriving after we left for work, but they were respectful of our property cleared up afterwards.

Jun 17,2024After the instyle workover the kitchen is spruced up - no longer just a cooking and washing up workplace, now a pleasant living space. Only, in my ignorance I hadn't realised that the bold design concept incorporates a corner wall section left bare after tile removal. This conveys a postmodern grunge effect which might not be to everyone's taste, but I suppose that it will channel and stimulate my imaginative faculties in subsequent decoration.

May 10,2024My review is regarding a small issue they resolved. Bought a new bathroom in Feb 2000 and all was perfect. Had a minor issue with my large glass shower screen and was very impressed with the quickness it was repaired when reported. 1st email was answered immediately, a follow up phone call the same day to arrange a visit. The fault was fixed the next day! Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful. My bathroom looks as modern and stylish as the day I bought it.

They were very professional and completed the job to a high standard. The office staff have good communication skills and kept me updated through every step of the process. Mar 15,2024Had our new bathroom installed recently. Mark, Jamie, Stuart, Ross and Fraser done a cracking job. Despite having a few setbacks with our floor needing replaced and some damaged tiles being delivered which were out of their hands we are really happy with the job. Would recommend.

Mar 11,2024Had new bathroom installed 2 years ago by Instyle Stunning …perfect… gets continual compliments But just had an accident to the ceiling with a lights problem to the whole flat Contacted Instyle and they gave us 3 new panels for my son (an electrician) to install Delivered to our door no cost involved What an amazing company Would very highly recommend them

Mar 10,2024Supposed to have £5000 bathroom installed in 4 days. Took a constant fight to finally get it finished in 17 days. Workers lied about coming to finish but didn't show up. I have already had to pay another, £870 to replace the shower. The toilet is broken and the vanity unit is cheap rubbish and is coming apart. I have photos

Feb 20,2025Delighted with the results! Just had our bathroom done and want to congratulate Instyle on their excellent customer service and workmanship. From start to finish the whole experience was excellent! We had Mark and Jamie strip and rebuild the bathroom and Stuart who tiled for us, all were very skilled and have done an excellent job. They were a pleasure to have in the house and I’d be happy to recommend them to others. Thanks all!
