Jul 30,2021The insurance rep failed to submit information that would have dis mounted my premium and the insurance co would not honor the discount even when the rep admitted to the error. Customer service is more than chit chat and a personable disposition. Accuracy in reporting information is more important to avoid consumers having to pay higher premiums.
