May 24,2024I took out a policy based on good reviews however my experience was entirely negative. They wanted to cancel the policy as the insurer had changed their criteria AFTER the policy inception, even though I gave all the correct information and was in no way dishonest AND they wanted to charge me an admin fee for their trouble. Very very disappointed with the whole experience with them. I'd give them a very wide berth. Its all good until it isn't
