I normally ask questions about cover details and normally end up speaking to a person that has very little knowledge of product or industry and read from a script . In this case , completely opposite !!. Ashley Lombard in the sales dept was very helpful , listened to me and explained everything and answered questions in full . This is very refreshing and hope this company continues their service in this way . Do not get a BOT or use AI . Thanks guys
