The soft furnishing family business has been trading for 50 years. The whole family is involved in endeavouring to offer a personal, professional service. At Interior Fabrics we are known for our vast range of stock and our bespoke service we hand finish curtains, blinds, bedheads, upholstery, pelmets, valances and cushions.

Brilliant service from Interior-fabrics. Went out of their way to make sure the out of stock item was ordered straight from manufacturer and shipped immediately so that I received my order within 72hrs. Can’t praise them enough. Well done 👍

Unfortunately not recommended due to slow communication and a lot of chasing. I placed an order for four mugs and four coasters on 23 Oct 19. I was expecting to receive the order within 2 weeks. Interior fabrics emailed me on 5 Nov stating they were out of stock on 2 of the mugs but they were due in at end of month, did I want to wait or send separately. I stated send order separately. He then emailed again on 5 Nov to say that one out of the two of the mugs had just arrived, did I want two of them instead. Told him I wanted the ones in my original order and happy to wait one further week. After almost 3 weeks later I emailed him on 23 nov as nothing received. No response. Rang him after a few days, he apologised as he was ill but they would be in within a few days. I finally rang him again on 6 December after waiting over 6 weeks, he started to give yet another excuse so I cancelled the order. The refund was processed immediately.

We required a repair to the seat of a dining room chair. In spite of the chair being several years old, Interior Fabrics were able to match the colour. The seat was a perfect match to the chair. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. Well done Interior Fabrics You will be our number one choice for the next job.

We had an idea of what kind of fabric we wanted before we went into the store, but when we went in, the staff were so incredibly helpful and assisted us in finding the perfect fabric for our dining room chairs. Their customer service was excellent, and they couldn't do more to help us find everything that we wanted/needed. We'll definitely be going back there for fabric in the future!

Do not purchase from this company online. I ordered a blind over 5 weeks ago, payment was taken immediately at sale and I still have not received the blind or had any communication from interior fabrics. I have emailed them twice and have called them only to be told they need to speak to their supplier, I have not heard back. I will give them another 5 days to respond to my communications but will then be seeking through PayPal to recover the money I have spent. Bad communication, bad customer service but they are quite happy to take your money.

We had to wait a long time for our curtains. This was due to a delay in getting the fabric. That wasn't the issue. The issue is that we had to call to find this out! Communication was inadequate.

I absolutely loved my visit to the store and it’s a seamstress’s dream. However, the samples took 3 weeks to arrive and I then placed the order the same day as getting the samples. I paid over the phone and assumed my order would arrive in a more timely fashion. After 2 weeks I chased them to be told the designer of one of the fabrics actually had a 6m minimum order. I had not been told this at the time of order, nor was there an indication on the sample or on the fabric in the store. Once I had chased the store they then said it would be a further 2 weeks from ordering the 6m. Incredibly disappointing.
