Jan 20,2024This is my second order for custom made bags from interplas. My sales rep, Bonnie, is great and I am very satisfied with the product. The only negative is the way they estimate final cost and bag counts. They weigh the plastic, make the bags & charge you for the overage, which can be, and was, about 25% over! You still get the bags, but it is an added expense I didn't want. If you know how much each bag weighs, why is the estimate so off?
