The rest was delivered only a few days later and I wasn't charged shipping for the second delivery. Customer service was extremely fast to respond. If you need plastic products, this is the place!

I informed her of the missing roll and she got right on it. About a week later when the shipping company still could not account for the missing roll, she sent another one. Great customer service!
