Aug 21,2021Stay clear, building I purchased in was massively delayed. When it was complete it was near impossible to get a mortgage on it, so now paying way above market rates on mortgage repayments. Developer who are closely linked to IP Global sold the freeholder to a some crooks almost immediately, who increase the service fee dramatically year on year and have appointed a terrible management agent who are only interested in making money. Building is starting to fall apart because of poor maintenance and its only three years old.

Jun 24,2021This is my second experience with IP Global having used a different company in-between. I didn't really know how good IP Global were till I had something to compare them to! Jeremy Marshall has been our point of contact both times and has been amazing - advising, counselling and getting us organised. Mandy Cheung got all the information over to us in good time. Overall its been a really positive experience and my first property has really increased in value. They have thought of/come up against everything, particularly when it comes to buying as an expat and their partners are brilliant too. Highly recommend!

Jan 11,2022Have dealt with IPG since 2015 and bought multiple properties, UK and Germany. I've found the purchase process pretty much seamless, the apartments have been occupied almost 100%; have experienced good yields and some decent growth. Some minor issues with Complete Lettings post-sale but nothing that wasn't resolved quickly. I put my trust in the IPG representative (Will Page) back in 2015, and we've stayed close ever since. Would I buy again - absolutely.
