Mar 30,2022DO NOT TRUST this company! I originally used the free version for months and the chat support was attentive with quick replies to my inquiries. I eventually wanted more features and was confident in the service, so I upgraded my subscription and paid $59 for one month. After using the program with upgraded permissions, I realized the investment wasn’t worth keeping an ongoing subscription. When I attempted to cancel, a chat support attendant told me that (due to a COVID rule/accommodation they had put in place for small businesses) I could pause my account billing for 2 billing cycles and not be charged for the next two months. Fast forward to 25 days later, I was charged in full for the next billing cycle. And now of course, support is radio silent. It also looks like if I close my account, I’ll lose access for the rest of the month I paid for. It’s been over a week and still no one will respond to me via email or chat support, even though before I had a payment issue, response time was under an hour on average. Seeing how this subscription pause was set up to help struggling businesses, but then the company has no intention on following through with its promises or even responding to paying customers, this not a company you want to do business with.

Jun 25,2019I've used other competitor intelligence tools, but iSpionage is the best one so far. It is the only tool that provides insights not only to the competitors' keywords and ad copy but also to the landing page data, visually! It saves me a lot of time in learning about my prospect's business and their competitors. My clients are usually blown away with the marketing insights ispionage provides. On the monitoring side of it, their SEO rank tracking tool is visually appealing, concise and actionable. It doesn't overwhelm my clients with data that are not useful for them. Keep up the good work iSpionage team!

Feb 19,2019Trial is dodgy - so watch out. It's not really a trial, but more of a trap. Let you do everything, but then charge you even if you cancel at the end because of a T&C condition. Take a leaf out of other software systems and apply a more legitimate and less 'gotcha' trial!

Oct 29,2015As of the writing of this review, iSpionage is the only tool tracking competitors' A/B tests. It shows when competitors launch new page variations, when they stop their tests, and which variation won. That is critical information for any conversion optimizer. Well done! They do a good job continually improving functionality, which is appreciated by their clients and important for their business. I've met some of their team members in person, and they're all very knowledgable and helpful.

Oct 28,2015While my skills more in CRO optimization I think about iSpionage as a great tool for the outgoing a/b testing. The only team that grab the landing pages and showcase them for you to study and learn from. In additional to campaign research having these landing page in place 100% improve the performance of the campaign. I would recommend this tool for anyone who might want to dive into conversion funnel and not just research keywords and clicks!

How? INTEL! By finding the largest prospects on ispionage. I research their keywords before I call heads of marketing. I know what they're focused on, I see trends, I know what's worked for the prospect and what hasn't, how they're doing from an SEO perspective. You're honestly a knucklehead if you don't use this tool. Now you can see when clients and prospects are testing landing pages as well! I LOVE THIS SOLUTION, it makes me look like a genius. I had one client that was paying an agency about $20k a month to manage their PPC lead gen efforts. using ispionage I noticed the agency was bidding on "rental" keywords when the client only did outright sales and leases, no rentals. I pointed this out. They dropped the agency, saved themselves a bundle and they love me:) All of my peers are adopting it, ask me for prospect and client insight on a regular basis. You can't go wrong, make the investment in your success!

Oct 17,2015Before I ever launch a SEO or PPC campaign I like to uncover exactly what my competitors are doing. What keywords are they bidding on? How much are they bidding? What ad copy are they using? How long have they been using the ad copy? What landing pages are they using to convert traffic? iSpionage allows me to do all this and more. I can confidently launch campaigns with a proven formula for success, and save a lot of time and money in the process!

Apr 18,2022I would have liked to give a rating of -10 for this company for their (un)professional ethics. That's how disgustingly unethical and unprofessional they are, when it comes to fulfilling their promises. I upgraded my free account to a paid $59 in March 2022 based on their promo mail that offered some bonuses and also because their data intelligence seemed good. After my upgrade, I never received the bonuses despite dozens of emails to their support email id and live chat. Their live chat is non-existent and is a farce. I cancelled my paid account finally after 28 days and asked for a refund based on a 30 day refund guarantee. While my subscription was cancelled, my $59 payment hasn't been refunded till date despite multiple emails to their billing team. This company really looks shady and suspicious. NEVER EVER sign up for a long term subscription like a 1 year subscription or so with Ispionage as they don't have any support. Because, if you want to cancel midway you will not get your money back from these cheats. The only way to salvage is to do a chargeback for the paid money and block the card to prevent future billing. All the reviews praising their services look like paid reviews posted by non-users.
