Nov 18,2024SCAM! AVOID! Complete scam, AI generated 5 star reviews. Its just a small crew working somewhere overseas, taking peoples money and time. They can't provide proof of purchase. Will just tell you over and over again that its on the way. DO NOT TRUST. Their address is a random house in the suburbs in USA. Go on google maps...its just a random house.

Nov 13,2024This is a scam website. I put an order in for a pre-made hoodie in September. I started getting computer generated emails every week or two about the different "processes" it was going through (Design, manufacturing, quality check, etc), which made me suspicious (hoodies do not get individually made for orders!). The last one assured me that after it went through a quality check it would be sent off - that was over a month ago. When I demanded a refund, they ignored me. I Have written off my $100 and don't expect to see a thing or hear from them again. Maybe they'll surprise me - but I doubt it!

Oct 16,2024I promise do not order from these people. This site is a scam, i ordered a jacket back in Aug I’m still going back and forth with them about when it’s arriving and every week they tell me next week it’s now the middle of Oct I’m asking for a refund and they have disappeared.

They offered customization options and helped guide me through the process of selecting the perfect fabric and style to suit my preferences, I will say double checking the size chart and doing exact measurements myself was defiantly a must do as it really felt like it was tailored made to me. When the jacket arrived, it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was exceptional, with attention to detail. It fit perfectly, thanks to the customer support team helping me make sure I followed their careful measurement instructions and willingness to make adjustments, when I didn’t double check my exact measurements. The fabric was of high quality, and you could tell a lot of care went into its creation. What really stood out was how supportive the sellers team was. As there was delay in shipment but that was due to me not giving the right, they still offered me a discount on my next order and worked with me on the shipping, even though it was on me. It made the experience feel special and reminded me of the value of handmade goods. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’m thrilled with my new jacket. We placed an order, in good faith, to purchase a gift for our grandson but no communication was returned except a boiler plate message that gave no information. The company has no phone number, no postal mailing address and no way of communicating except to their auto answer email. Avoid JacketsJunction.com it is a total fraud and scam. Addendum: we contacted our bank, had to cancel the card used and get a new one ordered. The bank reported it as fraudulent and we will get a refund, but the scammers got our $100 plus.
