May 27,2022I have used the Jackson Storage facility in Lagrange off and on since the 1990s..it is the cleanest and safest storage facility that I have ever used...I never worry about the safety of my things...the staff is friendly and very helpful and the building, although old, is STRONG and easy to reach even though I live in the middle of Chicago...also, there are many antique dealers who sell items in another part of the building...I LOVE IT!!

May 20,2022Communication has always been poor and then the price increased twice very quickly with no good reason. The only good thing is that the hours are a bit better than they were before with the old owner. Cannot wait to move to a different storage.
