Dec 31,2024Whilst the product that was ordered was not what was sent, I feel I have to give a good review, as the customer service could not have been better, and it was not this company's fault that the incorrect product was despatched (their supplier gave them the wrong details). Upon discovering that it was the wrong item, I contacted Jacks Pet and Country and explained the issue. Samantha was extremely helpful in arranging the return of the item and the refund.

Dec 26,2023Delivery hasn't arrived, which was 2 Christmas gifts. Tracking isn't valid and no response to emails. I know it has been a busy time, but no reply in a week and still no order. Would not use again.
