Scammers be aware!!Selling private properties wich they are not allowed to do it and the owner never allowed to sell their house.Found my house for sell on their site, probably planning to make fake contracts and scam the people!!!!!They do not have real properties for sale this scammers!!!
As an agency we hired James Edition for a high annual price tag. Listed 30+ Luxury, very good Villas (Costa del Sol, Spain). Almost all leads (only 130 over the year) were non qualified and plenty fake. "Architects" from India or Africa wanted floor plans to maybe copy paste. 3 times I payed the boosting option. After signing in as a private person and set a few in my favourites also tried the contact button to our own agency (only our own listings), I received after a short while a call from James Edition asking if I was interested in buying this property.. ? We addressed this issue to our rep at JE, "can be only a misunderstanding.. was the shallow answer.." We cancelled after a year. JE left our listings running for awhile, no outcome... After a few Months we were offered "free listings" in JE but not for Costa del Sol and not for Spain listings.. LOL To be clear we did NOT expect miracles from JE! For us it was a waste of money and time. Overall I do not trust them, overpromised service and disappointingly underdelivered.
In Northern Spain they do not do any work at all. You get an appointment for viewing a house and the agent assigned to it does not react at all or even show up. You have to get in contact with the owner yourself in order to get the address. Customer hotline not available. Worst I have ever seen.
My house is not for sale! I have told them and the cheeky sods have just sent me an email suggesting I should buy it!
James Edition is a lovely place for houses. But there is one thing which brings the rating down to 4 from 5 and that is for scamming. People complain about it
Quality has really slipped and mostly fake ads (when I've tried to contact vendors, I hear nothing back). Then I found out that it has refused to operate in Russia and chosen money over morals. And according to some reports (leave-russia org / jamesedition), they allegedly still work with and employ people from sanctioned countries. Stay away from James Edition war criminals.
this is not a good place.
Having spent a few days looking for Canadian properties on James Edition, I’ve unsubscribed because the irritating truth is the photos on their website don’t load. Confirmed on two iPads, one iphone and a Mac on two different wifi networks with great bandwidth. And aside from Trustpilot there’s no way of letting them know this….
Many fake listings - listings intentionally mischaracterised.
I use JamesEdition for listing some real estate. We got a steady flow of leads from the platform and have closed a couple of deals from their leads already. Would recommend to others!
No lead generation for estate agents. Very expensive also.... They say that you do not upload correct files, number of photos etc. They do not do their job. The leads are 80 % fake.
This company is a scam. They keep spamming you with mails and are not contactable. Avoid
Best portal to find high-end real estate
It's amazing and has many beautiful houses/apartments
Fake. False advertised. Do not place your ads on this site. It gets no traffic and no service. Better tossing your money in a fireplace.
Great website for watches! I bought my Patek Philippes on here! Called the seller transaction was easy!

Feb 24,2025Since years I complain to take out old ads! Nothing happens ! 99% of the Real estate is NOT AVAILABLE or a fake listing or offplan , but not marked as a offplan. So you loose your time on fake listings! When I called them, the call center told, they are not responsible, if the realtors don’t remove their fake listings! No quality! No actual real listings !
