Besides the obvious benefits of online booking and charting, I really do love all the different reports you can run and how you can customize the booking page too. I highly, highly, highly recommend Jane!

The platform is seamless for almost every task required in my clinical practice. Pivoting to clinic design (Articulate Design + Consulting), we recommend Jane almost exclusively to our clients as a way to streamline their clinic experience and integrate the innovative design of the platform into their space.

Feb 10,2024If you’re curious about Jane, please read this review. Jane is truly incredible! From an EMR perspective, this software has so many amazing features that work for almost any health discipline. It’s all customizable and gives you full control over how you run your business. They also strive to make improvements constantly whereas other EMRs have barely changed in years. I’ve been using the software for 5 years now. In fact, I’m account number 5404 out of over 40,000 at the time of this review so the growth they’ve had in that time shows how amazing they’re doing in the health industry! Online booking, integrated credit card processing, customizable charts, insurance processing, there are too many features to list! There are guides and videos on their where site you can see about their features for yourself so for the rest of this review, I’m going to speak to this companies character. Jane is a company that values their customers in a way that’s unparalleled. I’ve had the privilege of touring their headquarters and meeting some of their staff. The employees all speak to how much they love working for such a genuine company with a good heart. They’re truly trying to make the world a better place by supporting healthcare providers. When I chose Jane 5 years ago they had around 75 employees. Now they have over 400! Some clinics/practices/businesses are a team of 1 while others have multidisciplinary models or even franchises. The way they’re able to support all kinds of business models like they do is wonderful. This company cares about you in a way you have never experienced. If you’re looking to make a change, look no further. In fact, you can trial the software out on their demo site. If you’re ready to try using it for your business, also know that there are no subscriptions/contracts. You have full autonomy with Jane. Again, Jane cares about helping your business succeed more than any other company will. Check them out! You have nothing to lose and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Plus, my patients love the fact they can fill out their paperwork online and the appointment reminders. I highly recommend Jane for healthcare providers.

The clinics themselves had an archaic management software and paper files with some practitioners hard pressed to switch over to a digital platform, me being one. From the helpful how to videos online to the stellar Jane support team with their quick turnaround time and immensely helpful comments, I became a true convert and advocate! This platform is so accessible to many practitioners irrespective of their backgrounds in software use. Give it a shot and you’ll see why Jane is a leader!

Since then, I have experienced a few different EMRs firsthand and seen the ins and outs. Jane is by far the best EHR available to health and wellness practitioners to date. You will not find better customer support than what is offered by The Jane App Team. They go above and beyond for their community at large.
