Straightforward and direct. I put my online order in and a week later my product was delivered in perfect condition. In between received an email update with UPS tracking details. great to find the product i wanted at a good price. please keep it in stock. it is an excellent product. i use it in the kitchen when handling raw meats etc. leaves me confident that that process is sanitary without the use of lab chemicals.

Bought two of the exact same backpack vacuum cleaners. Received two different backpack vacuum cleaners. I called to get the order corrected but was told I didn’t have the correct paperwork for the vacuum I received to return it.
