Jezweb are always prompt, accurate and friendly. Their web site hosting seems trouble free and they are easily able to implement design and content changes. The team seems pretty solid, as the same names come up over the years. If you're looking for web help in the Newcastle and Hunter regions, they'd be a #1 pick. Anywhere in the world in fact.

Emails were answered promptly. The staff went out of their way to assist me and were always pleasant and easy to work with. The staff were happy to offer suggestions to improve the website. We love the colours and artistic input. Staff are happy to continue with assistance.

I rang Jezweb yesterday and spoke with Jeremy. He gave me over an hour of his time knowing I couldn't afford to invest at this stage. He shared advice and ideas to help me move forward from my current situation. I once heard a saying that a customer doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care. I definitely felt this applied to my dealings with Jeremy and he will be the first person I intend to call when things are looking up. I signed up with Trustpilot just so I could leave this review.

Periodically I send through edits to Jezweb for our website relating to typos or script. They are super fast at responding that they have received my email and screenshots with changes to be made. They act on them immediately and inform me when they are done, and they always do them as I have requested. Very happy with their response.
