May 03,2017Joe was recommended to us to help sell our fathers home in Naples. With us living in the UK this seemed like a mammoth task. His knowledge and experience of real estate was obvious from the on set but what sold Joe to us was him as a person: He is easy to communicate with making property selling understandable, always available (even with a 5hr time difference), very patient and tolerant of my endless questions, has a great sense of humour and is seriously a nice guy....AND he gets the job done. What he promises, he delivers: What more could you want from a Realtor? We can not thank Joe enough for all his hard work in selling our fathers home so quickly and making it stress-free and simple for us so we didn't even need to come to Florida. We could trust Joe, he felt like part of the family. I don't think you can say that about many realtors? We would give Joe the highest of recommendations.
