Jones Heating was founded in 2018 by third generation heating engineer Philip Jones. We are a small family run business that was started with the idea of doing an honest job with care for our customers and at a fair price.
As a local business, we've served central Fife for 5 years installing, servicing and repairing boilers for thousands of happy customers throughout the area.
We specialise in boilers and central heating systems, but we can also complete most general plumbing, heating and gas works in your home
We’re passionate about helping people save money, keep warm and stay safe.

He always tries to help out, even when very busy and if he says he will arrive at a particular time he will be there! Updates and up to the minute ETA, shoe protectors, no hanging around. He gets the job done well, with no fuss, no mess and only charges a fair rate for his services. I wouldn't use any other plumber and have recommended him to a number of friends and business colleagues. You will not get a better service anywhere!

Apr 02,2024I booked a boiler check for my new house 5 weeks prior to my move in date. Received a confirmation e mail right away and them, a text the fay before. On moving in day, another text with his estimated arrival. Bang on. Very polite young man. He stripped the boiler down, cleaned everything and reassured me that all was well. He then went on to show me the best economical settings for heating and water. Has told me not to hesitate to call if I have any worries. I will thoroughly recommend this company. Top class.

We discovered this was Philip from Jones Heating in Dalgety Bay. My Mothers boiler then required its annual service and we didn’t hesitate to contact Philip to undertake the service. Jun 17,2024Jones-heating could not have been more helpful. I called Philip when the rubber pipes from hot water tank in my Motorhome were leaking. Philip said although he doesn't do Motorhomes he would have a look. It's an old van and other plumbers weren't interested, Philip went above and beyond to help us get it fixed, he managed to track parts down and stop the leaking. I can't thank him enough and would have no hesitation in highly recommending his company.
