Dear Jr Linton Team, I am sorry to tell you that I am very dissapointed in you, I regret to say that I don't think you have been very professional or serious with this sale. - On February 17th I purchased this screen that actually was in stock, and the following day you told me that you could not send it. - I purchased it again from your web, where it appeared to be in stock, and I paid for it once again so that it wouldn't be sold. I chose to pay for a more expensive shipping so you could send it. - I was sent several photos of the screen in stock with the damaged packaging, to check that I was happy with it, and on that same day, I confirmed I still wanted the product. - Then, on the following day, I was requested to send a contact telephone to deliver the product, which I immediately complied with. - Two days later, you send me an email informing that the screen has been sold and that the order has been cancelled. I do not know if you usually have this kind of dis-coordination in your company. I decide to buy this screen because of some good comments I had seen in a forum, but I honestly do not consider this to be a good of a customer service. It was great to be able to speak to someone on the phone who was very helpful, went away to check on wether they could deliver the laptop I needed by first thing the next day (it was 16.00 when we were talking). Who actually called me back as promised, took the order and delivered by 09.00 the next morning as promised. After having been badly let down by the major internet vendor over the previous few days, this was so refreshing!

i was looking for a laptop to replace my desktop computer and found jr linton on the internet and how glad i was! they spent a long time on the phone answering all my questions and with no pressure.i did order the laptop at about 4pm on a thursday and it was delivered to me at 10.30 the next morning. the support to help me set it all up was marvellous again spending however long it took to make sure all was well.for me this is a great company and we should support a business like this that give a really really great service.thank you guys for all of your help .

Just to say thanks for such very quick and efficient delivery, ordered the previous evening, and delivered the next morning. Access is very cluttered and difficult here, but the despatcher caught me as I was going out to hospital. Also, unexpectedly, the delivery turned out to be very urgent, so a perfect result! I ordered the Samsung N220 model netbook on the 19th January. It was processed and delivered to me at ten am 20th January. I thought that was brilliant. Thank you.
We bought an Asus laptop and went for free 3-5 days delivery and the laptop turned up at my work the next day, WOW! All was well when I got home and start using it, except the darn thing wouldn't connect via wifi, so I rang up their support line and spoke to a lovely chap who sat on the phone with me to help sort the issue out, less than 15 minutes later and I was surfing the Internet again wirelessly. Can't fault their service and the laptop came with a free 2 year guarantee with a bag and a mouse.
I first thought that this company looked good, i gave them an email and they got back to me within 2 days which wasnt too bad at the time. I then gave them a call about a TV that i wanted to buy and they were all good, saying it was in stock and if i ordered it by 4pm it would be dispatched. on the following evening i orderd the item, paid for it and the next morning it says "awaiting stock to be dispatched" .. this didnt look good soo i tried calling, tried about 10 times spending LOADS on the number as it was a premiem number and still no answer, ofcourse at this stage u do get a bit worried spashing out nearly 900 pounds !! finally got a call abck from them, they said the product was not in stock and suggested me another, i looked around and tried to see if this other was in stock and guess what... yep your right, NO STOCK !! decieded to save my money - asked for a refund, and awaiting for that now so i can spend it else where.. just seemed like customer care (1 person) didnt really care about your custom and just overall a really bad service. really unorganised and didnt know what they were doing.
