I have been using the JTC Omniblend for about 10 years and they are great blenders at a very competitive price. I replaced the original (1.5l) jug a few years ago and needed to replace again. However, the official JTC Omniblend UK site never had them in stock. I kept checking and after a few months managed to communicate with someone in Sept/Oct 2024 - which was a challenge in itself!?! - who did apologise and said that they were expecting a delivery at the end of the year and promised to email me when they were in stock...nothing, didn't hear a word and still haven't. By chance I saw the jugs for sale (new?) on ebay so bought it there from Enpee Enterprises Ltd. They were quick and efficient and very pleased with their service

They have said item will be dispatched max in 2 days however it took them almost 10 days to post.
Very disappointing. I purchased an incorrect item online and immediately wrote to customer service, they responded quickly which was positive. I then returned the incorrect item and purchased the correct item online. I wrote to customers services with photographic evidence of the postal return but no response, I chased, no response. The second item has still not been received, I chased no response. To date, I’ve paid for 2items and have not received a refund or the correct item and despite my first email being responded to quickly after that, there has been nothing….. Think before purchasing from this supplier…
I purchased an incorrect item from the online site several weeks ago and wrote immediately to the customer service department to advise that I would return the item. I received a prompt response, which appeared helpful. I then returned the item and sent a copy of the evidence of delivery by email. I then purchased the correct item online. I have not received a response to my email, not received a refund or the 2nd item I purchased. I wrote to chase a response and explained this would allow me to leave feedback but still nothing…
I ordered a new switch for my omniblender and it arrived quickly. It was easy to install. I'm happy with the service of JTC Omniblend.

I ordered a part for my JTC omni blender , almost 2 weeks ago , still not received and zero communication with the company even after sending an email and trying to call
What we ordered, you did not send thev right product. We sent you email and we did not get the response. We ordered Jug and got wrong one. Then we had to order the Cup which we did not want for that particular Jug.

I ordered to the EU and also got a confirmation of the order. The next day I was informed, that the seller doesn't deliver to the EU and was offered a refund. I asked them to give me the refund, but never got an answer. Now I have asked them 3 times within a weeks time, still no reaction, no refund! Really bad service!!
As yet, am unable to comment as we have yet to receive the product. Am still awaiting information as to when we will be having it delivered. It was ordered on the 2nd April. Can someone at JTC Omniblend please contact us for an update or do we have to cancel order and have a refund?
Ordered a replacement blade for a 1.5L jug over 2 weeks ago, as the also ordered 1,5 replacement jug came without one..money was taken, nothing arrived.. phone not answered, emails bounce.. total nonsense this firm..will need to make a chargeback now
Part delivery 10 days overdue. No communication. No responses to email phone calls not answered.

Worst experience ever. I've just placed an order and 5 days later, no updates if they're ever going to ship it. No email response so no options to cancel it too. How are they going to honour they're warranty of during sales they're already unresponsive? Avoid.

While my initial contact with customer service was prompt and I appreciated the quick delivery of my order, issues arose when I returned an incorrect item. Despite providing proof of return and purchasing the correct item, I received no further communication, no refund, and no second item. The product itself seems reliable, as noted by other customers, but the customer service follow-up left me frustrated.
