I have been with Just Helpers for a few months now and I am really happy with their service! Customer service is excellent. They are really responsive and happy to work with you regarding changes or issues. Very professional. My cleaner Milena is brilliant. She is very hard working, great at making the place feel sparkling clean and tidy - i'm very grateful for her help. She often goes over and above to provide a good service. She has good communication and is always prompt. She is lovely and kind, and all-round great cleaner. We've had a really good experience with the cleaning. Thank you!
Our helper is fabulous. She cleans efficiently and to a high standard but also does a great job of tidying - and is especially considerate of my five year olds things and space. I love it because I get to enjoy a clean house, and my little one rediscovers toys as they’ve been laid out in different ways or put into her den to explore. The company is not the cheapest but I value the transparency and clarity on pricing, and I think my helper deserves paid holidays and a fair wage.
Everything has been great with Just Helpers. Their cleaners are highly skilled and reliable, the office staff make everything easy, and I really appreciate the ethos of the company. We’ve been very happy.
We've been using Just Helpers for almost a year for our office cleaning. We have had great and consistent helpers who work to a high standard. When our helper left, the transition was managed really smoothly by the team at Just Helpers.
Would not recommend We spent a lot of time researching ethical cleaning companies and were delighted (initially) when we came across Just Helpers. However, from start to finish we had a really disappointing experience with this firm. We invested time upfront giving the team a virtual tour of the house and talking through exactly what we'd like done, we were assured someone would contact us with details of a cleaner and update us on next steps, we waited weeks and followed up a couple of times, only then did they come back with a response about having found us an excellent cleaner. We were excited to meet her, excitement turned to frustration, when the cleaner turned up almost 30 minutes late (I had arranged my work schedule to meet her and show her where all the products were/answer any questions etc, so this was disappointing from the off), no apology or explanation, she then said she hadn't been given details about what was going to be expected of her (despite us giving our time to provide a very clear set of requirements and a virtual tour of the house). The cleaning company assured us that she was excellent, except she missed really simple things and her attention to detail was poor. A big issue for me was that she didn't properly clean our babies bedroom, she also used the wrong products on certain surfaces. Just Helpers sent a lady from the firm out (she turned up unexpectedly, giving us just 30 minutes notice at one of the cleans) to see how the cleaning was going and she confirmed that the cleaning was below the level they would expect - despite the firm assuring us that they had secured an excellent cleaner... Juggling working full time and managing our new baby is tough, we were really hoping that securing a good cleaning company would make our lives easier - it didn't, in fact, it had the opposite effect, it was really stressful. We fed all of this back to the firm who said they could send a new cleaner out and would be exploring the issues we raised fully, but by this time we just needed to be able to trust a firm that said they could send a good cleaner and they would arrive at an agreed time and know what they were set to do. I would not recommend this service.

Really pleased with everything we've received from Just Helpers. Cleaners have all been professional and efficient, and anytime we've needed a new/substitute cleaner it's all been sorted out without any trouble. It's also good to know the cleaners are being paid properly for their time.

The quality of the cleans is phenomenal. Our helper, Yordanka, goes above and beyond and it’s a delight to come home to after she’s been in to clean! Management is also very responsive, helpful and proactive. I’m really happy to be using a company that provides proper benefits to its employees as well, I think it really shows in the quality of the helpers. Highly recommend Just Helpers!

Great company with excellent helpers and responsive management who aim to please and want to do a good job, which is something of a rarity in this industry. Our dedicated helper has been with us for nearly 2 years and we've been able to establish high levels of trust, giving us complete peace of mind not to mention a spotless, well organised home. The emphasis on ethical and professional treatment of their helpers was the main draw for us as well as what became clear from the get go that these helpers are capable, have experience and know exactly what to do and not to do when it comes to treating your home. Mariela is an excellent cleaner, but the admin team has unfortunately messed up at almost every opportunity: Got the day of our first clean wrong, leaving Mariela waiting outside our home with no one to let her in. Indicated at the time we signed the contract that it was possible to change dates, or get a credit note if that was not possible. - On the first occasion we needed to do this, someone from the logistics team started that process. - Two weeks went by, someone else from the logistics team reached out to say that there would be no opportunity to reschedule, and they cannot provide a refund, and we had only two days to find a way to make the date or lose all our money for the clean. - Then Antoinette (the co-founder) interceded to clarify their policy, but acknowledged their mistake and gave us a credit note. - And was followed up by the original person from the logistics team who immediately went back on the offer of a credit note, requiring reminding of their co-founder's previous email. Informed us that they would find cover when Mariela was on annual leave, failed to find that cover on multiple occasions, failed to message us before the day, and when we enquired, said that they would only message when they had successfully found cover (which is of course, redundant). Indicated that if a clean was missed, they would automatically credit us for the clean, then sent us a full bill, twice. On the second occasion, at which point we gave our notice, they indicated that they would refund us within a day, and promptly forgot, requiring nudging two weeks later. We understand that finding cover has been difficult recently, and this is not the issue, which is much more to do with consistently flaky communication and organisation (which has been an issue from the start as well, unfortunately).
Cleaners are fantastic but management is poor. Despite promising a cover for the time our regular cleaner was on leave none has been provided for more than 6 weeks, however we were still charged the full amount for cleans we have not received. Despite repeated promises to reimburse us we have not received the money back. Very poor customer service and not trustworthy sadly.
Poor management. The standard of cleaning is excellent, but when you are told you will ALWAYS have cover and then cover is NEVER arranged, it is entirely unacceptable. Our helper went away for almost 8 weeks and in that time cover was arranged once. Our helper is now not available, and they have no cover. They will take your money before they are even sure they can offer the service. I really regret switching from our previous service. AVOID!
