Feb 09,2024K1 did a fantastic job fitting a new boiler, and replacing an old lead water pipe under our floor boards. He replied quickly to our messages/questions, turned up on time for both jobs, did an expert job, and left the place clean and tidy afterwards. Thanks K1!

Feb 03,2024Kayvan recently removed and installed a toilet and sink for us and did a fantastic job. Very hard worker and did it in good time. He has also helped us in the past with fixing a couple of leaks we’ve had. Very skilled and experienced, I would highly recommend.

Jan 30,2024Kayvan has been very good about coming out on a call when something has needed attention. He has recently installed a replacement boiler for us in a very short time, working efficiently, leaving the site reinstated and clean. Nothing has been too much trouble for him.

I feared the worst with my water bills rising, Kayvan was brilliant, he was quick to respond to my search and quickly arranged to see me the same evening he was polite and efficient. Leakage issue was identified ! First time experiences of a new tradesman are always anxious and based on reviews from here. So I would highly recommend him from my experience

Would most definitely recommend. They also went through every step with me at the end and showed me how to use my nest system.

Nov 04,2023Asked him to find leak in home. He did not really give me any further information then what I already knew. Paid him £110 and he was there for 20 min. Took cash and gave me no receipt. Got another plumber who did a good job and pull up floor board and took picture of leak so I can show my insurance. I am not using this by person again as feel he is dishonest.

May 21,2023Kayvan is an excellent plumber. I was impressed that he kept our appointment despite being stuck in rugby traffic for two hours. He then quickly fixed a blockage in the condensing pipe of my boiler and left my property clean and tidy. Kayvan is an experienced, knowledgeable and honest plumber and I will definitely be using him again.
