Jan 10,2024Ordered item on 21st December, only informed today - 9th January- that they didn't actually have the item and they are refunding my money. Terrible customer service, I had to chase them for an update, shouldn't be advertising products they don't have and made no effort to get the item back in stock. Meanwhile they have been chasing me with automated emails asking me to review my experience!! Well it was awful, careful what you wish for, I'd avoid this company, clearly a tin pot outfit.

May 24,2023It’s a shame that this isn’t a 5 star. Ordering was easy and email received to confirm. Got a phone call to state delivery date and time. The grill arrived very quickly well packaged and in great order. We had ordered a package which included pizza stone, heat deflector and protective cover. Sadly the heat defector and cover were missing which we had to phone up to get them sent on. They arrived within a couple of days. When reading other reviews it would appear the missing cover is a regular issue. Perhaps the systems need reviewing to ensure these errors don’t continue.

May 22,2023Spares are really difficult to get for these types of bbq, but this shop stocks a fantastic selection of goods and I was able to buy a replacement part for my bbq, which is brilliant, as my family and I love our bbq. Mario provided an excellent product, & service. It really couldn’t have been better, I would highly recommend Mario to all. He provides excellent product knowledge combined with a superb personal service, and the quality of goods supplied is A1****** Thanks Mario.

Then got a phone call asking what day was best and they delivered it to fit my schedule. Was delivered within 6 days of ordering would have been sooner but had a bank holiday Monday
