Nov 09,2017Suit was hemmed poorly and the amount they charged for alterations was not worth doing in house. Fabric was of low quality despite the fact that I paid more money for a higher quality suit. I just had to buy yet another suit for a wedding I’m attending next week. This time I’m going through another company for similar prices but higher quality.

Nov 06,2017I would have rated 5 stars if Karako Suits had 800 number directly to customer services. The problem was the shipping order listed a wrong address that I did not notice until a day or two after confirmation. They never responded in 24 hrs. as stated in e-mail policy of contact. I did got my suit and was very pleased. But being under a time limit for inseam tailoring you can see why I was worried

Nov 05,2017Great experience all around. I purchased a suit from the store. When I first went into the store, the salesperson was very helpful and took the time to explain everything. My size was not available at the store so I called their 800 number to check for my size. The person there, Adam, was extremely polite and helpful. He even gave me a discount AFTER I had agreed to buy the suit at full price. Shipping was prompt. Try it out. I think you will be very happy.

Nov 04,2017Ordered 2 suits online and had to return one. When i tried to return it at the brick and mortar close to my house they refused the return and said they couldn't process online returns. I contacted Karako suits customer service and was surprised to be greeted by the head of shipping and e commerce, a wonderful gentleman by the name of Adam. He not only solved my problem quick and effortlessly on my end, but actually sent me a personal, not automated, follow up email 2 weeks later. I can't recommend all the Karako suits stores but I will always recommend the brand and the online store. Their deals and customer service in today's day and age are unbeatable.
