Sep 20,2024Ordered gown in July. Gave date of Sept 5 I needed it by. After the date I needed it by I emailed them and they said they are out of the fabric to make the dress and it’s back ordered but they will use another fabric. Emailed them again weeks later and they ask what I want them to do…apparently no other fabric was used and no gown was started. I asked for a refund. It remains to be seen if I get my almost $300 back.

Sep 14,2023Were the dress to a wedding and it was awesome. It matched great with the wedding party. The fit was perfect for a quick purchase. I just wish I could have made it a little shorter. But I wore heels to compensate for being about 2 inches too long long.

May 09,2023They had terrible customer service. I sent them an email they didn't respond. The dress was poorly made and didn't fit my daughter even with measurements. I asked to send it back for a refund they told me to send the dress but it would cost me more than the dress cost to send it back....Now I am stuck with just an ugly dress and out $300. I would've put no stars but they would let me

Aug 24,2020So upset. I ordered a dress for my wedding in 2 weeks time. It arrived. It looks nothing like what I ordered. It's a different material, 2 sizes too big, too long, feels horrible and looks disgusting. No one is messaging me back. Thank god I paid though PayPal so I can claim it back

Aug 18,2020My sister was getting married and I wanted to give her the dress, I ordered it here and like the same day cancelled my order because my sister was afraid not to get on time or what if it didn't fit well, wouldn' have time to fix it before the wedding and never got the money back, they stole my money and kept the dress. Do not trust this people.

May 13,2020Don't waist your time or money! I unfortunately went by the reviews on the website. I received a dress that was to be custom. It was to big and you could see straight through it along with the wrong color. I tried to do a return. After a few days it was refused. I then sent an email saying I would like to at least get store credit. And pick a different dress. I still have yet to get a response. Only email I have gotten since is one saying that I had something left in my cart and wondering if I would like to purchase it. I replied with my questions. No response.

May 25,2019I would never from them ever again. I order my dress May 1st, and I asked them was the dress go be in before the 17th and they told me I would. Well that same week I was sending them emails after emails and I wasn’t getting no respond from them. I kept getting the run around I even called S.F. Express they even told me Kemedress never contacted them about my dress when I was told they did. I end up getting the dress after the 17th and I sent them a email about a refund because I didn’t need the dress my event already passed, and they told me I had to take pictures with the tags in order to get a refund and also the dress didn’t fit me and I sent them my measurements and it was too fit at the bottom and very loose at the top! Save your money and headaches DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! It’s a scam!!! Don’t believe the reviews on they website either!!

May 01,2019If I could give this company "no stars", I would. Much like the first review, my experience with Kemedress was TERRIBLE and DISAPPOINTING. I too went by the pictures on their website (100% MISLEADING), sent in my specific dress measurements, even chatted online with their customer support prior to hitting "purchase" because I needed a specific color and wanted the one "pictured". I was told to click the option of "pictured" or "as shown". They even emailed me to confirm the dress measurements before starting to make it ... when I finally received the dress, two weeks later than expected, it was NOT the dress shown. It was a style shown but there was no comparison when it came to the color. I have reached out to Kemedress on numerous occasions now and have been told that the "tailor" chose the color because they only copy other high end, more expensive dresses. My response to that was "if you had the time to contact me about my measurements, then you could have given me the option to choose the color that I actually needed for the dress". But they didn't. I received TWO EMAILS prior to the making of the dress and no where in it was the COLOR addressed ... and I was very clear. I was not buying it unless I knew it would be like the one pictured. THEY CLEARLY LIED AND MISREPRESENTED THEIR COMPANY. When contacting their customer service chat ... I have only received the run around. They have a disclaimer that there can be a 5% difference in what was pictured versus what you receive. DO NOT BELIEVE THAT. If I could post the pictures of the dress that I chose and the dress that I received, you could see what I was talking about. I sent them to Kemedress but they stick to the 5% in their policy. You would have to be color and style blind to not see that the difference is SIGNIFICANT. When I asked for the address to return the unsatisfactory dress, all I received was silence from the "contact us" link and the customer service support chat said they are only for pre-sale not post-sale. The envelope comes written in Chinese so you can't see what the address is. What a nightmare of an experience. They may have "reviews" but I wonder how real these are too. Robbers. Thieves. Deception. Stay away. At this time, you can find them on Facebook however I have filed a complaint with Facebook, outlining their deceptive business practices. We shall see how much longer they can advertise their business there.

Jul 21,2018Never buy from them.. all pictures they post on their website are fake. Even the reviews on their website are fake. I bought from them a wedding dress costs 600$ they sent me a horrible dress and they don't want to return it. Don't buy from them they are thieves and using a very cheap materials you will lose your money.
