Jun 22,2020Contacted Jack of KCR Cleaning after being recommended on Facebook and he did a great job this morning. We had an awful lot of dead weeds on two patios Jack got to work and the results are amazing. All windows washed, conservatory and doors, all for a really great price. Fantastic service. Very tidy and good value. Definitely recommend and we’ll use this company again. Make sure you’ve got an outside tap :)

Jan 08,2021Landlord was not happy with the clean provided and took £60 from our deposit. I tried to get £60 back from the company, fairs fair. They argued with me over this. Fair is fair they did suggest that they come back to clean the property again but the landlord quite rightly can't open the office due to Covid. Quite rightly it would be easier for them just to give the £60 but they're still arguing. Make sure that you go over everything they do on an end of tenancy clean because they might miss something and then they will try to argue with you. Edit: In response to this comeback. It's not me who is saying that they can't come back, it's the landlord. Please go ahead and report this review if you want. It won't be taken down as this is an actual review of the service and the argument following that. I'm entitled to do so within my consumer rights and within those rights, I have 6 years to complain from a service being provided. I did not in writing state that I was happy with the service provided and by law if I notice something wrong after the fact I am entitled to a discount or refund. If you'd just said no problem and stopped arguing this would have been a 4 or even 5 star review.
