Nach mehrfacher Nachfrage und langen Wartezeiten wurde mir der AL2 als Austausch angeboten. Mit der Versandbestätigung am 31.1.25 kam eine Nachricht von UPS: Sparen Sie Zeit – zahlen Sie den Warenwert im Voraus. Sie können jetzt für Ihr KENTINO S.R.O. Paket bezahlen oder Ihren Zusteller bezahlen. Fälliger Gesamtbetrag 189.18 EUR Weder in der Bestellung noch in der vorherigen Kommunikation wurde auf diese zusätzlichen Kosten hingewiesen. Die mangelnde Transparenz und der schlechte Kundenservice sind inakzeptabel. Ich kann IceRiver als Anbieter nicht empfehlen – Käufer sollten sich auf versteckte Gebühren und eine unklare Kommunikation einstellen.
