Oct 05,2022We had a very large (whole house) job done by these guys and everything was first class from beginning to end. Initial design and estimate was prompt, 6 hours then spent onsite by their lead installer checking measurements and making small adjustments, fitters are top notch (polite, tidy workers), nothing was too much trouble when we asked for minor changes throughout the whole project. These guys set a very high bar in the manual trades marketplace, and the cost was less than nearly all the other quotes we received. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Sep 24,2022After a really poor experience with sub standard work by Kent Wardrobes, with reviews being removed as it seems this company does not like the truth about customer experience - I wonder how many others have had the same experience with being also offered money to remove reviews and attempted guilt tripping. Says alot if someone has reviews removed rather than responding

Sep 23,2022I highly recommend Kent Wardrobes from my first visit from Craig on the 15th September he listened to what I was requesting and understood my needs he also advised me on what he thought would be the best way I called to the office and was greeted by two very helpful office staff who made me feel comfortable and they also helped me in the showroom with some decisions then end on 22nd September with two lovely kind and polite fitters who was so happy and worked very well and a few hours later it was all done and completed they look brilliant and complete the room

Really nice guys & extremely clean & tidy too. Customer service is first class as well. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Aug 18,2022We are really happy with our fitted wardrobes they look great. Dan and Dan worked tirelessly on the first day of installation right up until 7.30pm. They were polite, hardworking and very courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Dan was on his own on the second day and still had a lot of work to do and done a grand job. All in all, we are very happy with Kent Wardrobes, really good customer service, and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Aug 07,2022I found Kent Wardrobes on social media and was impressed by their products and services. I first visited their Maidstone showroom in Nov 2021. Nathan patiently clarified all my questions and provided a very detail quotation in the following week for my consideration. In June 2022, Kent Wardrobes carried out the onsite measurement and sent me the final quotation. The order was confirmed shortly, and the work was scheduled in mid of Jul 2022. Two professional fitters came to assemble the two wardrobes, chest of drawers, a dressing table and cabinet. It took around four days to get them done. They prepared the stairs protective cloth and handled the panels carefully. Although I still found a few scratches on the walls and door frame, I believed they had tried their best and this was unavoidable for such a large project. All items are good-looking design, sturdy, and finished professionally. A few days after fitting, customer service called to follow up my user experience. Everything looked alright. Overall speaking, Kent Wardrobes provides professional services from front line customer services to after-sale services. I have no doubt to recommend Kent Wardrobes to others.

From the initial design meeting with Craig to discuss our new fitted sliding wardrobes, the designs and assistance from Donna and Nathan to the installation team of Dan, Joe and Dan, everything ran smoothly and the new wardrobes were installed in one day. Following this, the company went above and beyond allowing us to visit their showroom at a time that was convenient around our working schedules. Whilst there, Craig and Nathan were amazing and so welcoming, we finalised our spec with ease. Dan and his team were also amazing when fitting, professional, friendly and down to earth. After the continuous great service throughout, the finished product was simply the cherry on top for us. The wardrobe is absolutely stunning and exactly what we envisaged it to be and more! Mar 11,2022From the first visit to their showroom to the completion of the installation everything was professional The installation guys Neil Phil and lewis were helpful tweaking any little thing we required and the final result was superb. ( of course they had to be kept topped up with tea coffee and the odd bacon sarnie ) I would recommend Kent Wardrobes 100%

Oct 08,2022I heard the advert for Kent Wardrobes on Heart and decided to call them after having design visits from other companies. Kent Wardrobes were a breath of fresh air - no gimmicks or pressure to take advantage of one time deals. Nathan was professional and informative and the price given extremely competitive. From start to finish the whole process took about a month and I am extremely happy with my new wardrobe, in fact so happy I am having my daughters fitted too! I recommend that anyone wanting wardrobes give them a call. They are a professional and friendly team and very helpful too.
