For some reason an order i had placed 5 months ago, when it was out of stock was deleted. So when it came in, although i had the reservation number, it was not on the Kettler system. Despite that, Lea honoured the discounted price and arranged for a quick delivery. Thanks Lea
5 star service all the way especially to Kat thankyou 🙏 bristro compact set from kettler absolutely love it but unfortunately due to storm damage table got broken but chairs remained untouched, with help from Kat who was all over it we were able to purchase just the table.
I ordered a Sage 3m Wind Up Parasol, which was delivered on time and well packaged unfortunately it was the wrong colour, on finding the issue I telephoned Customer Services who were extremely helpful, very professional and arranged for a new parasol to be delivered with the original one collected at the same time. Very impressed with the service provided
I had reason to contact Kettler customer service support as I had a question about a product on their website. I used their contact form that was easy to fill out and submit. I received a email reply from a customer service agent Lea Brierley that explained everything and also offered assistance in making a purchase. Through several emails and a phone call I only dealt with Lea which in this day and age is so refreshing, only having to deal with one person from start to finish and not having to repeat myself every time to someone new. Kettler provides premium garden furniture products and I’m very reassured that this is backed up by the customer service it delivers.
I needed to replace the glass for my Palma Grande table after it broke in a gale. Whilst they did not supply the glass they sent me a scale drawing complete with the radii of the corners to enable one to be cut locally. It fitted perfectly. Excellent helpful customer service! Thank you very much.

After some research, I bought my Kettler garden furniture from a third party and not directly from Kettler GB. However, I cannot recommend highly enough the latter and in particular their customer service team as I had a couple of warranty issues which they resolved professionally and very quickly despite them not providing the furniture directly
This is a very well made product and not flimsy We are very pleased with it Their aftercare/customer service is outstanding and for that reason I would always buy my outdoor furniture from KETTLER. Buy with confidence

For no apparent reason two of the three LED candles I purchased in the summer stopped charging up , I contacted Sales at KETTLER and a lovely lady called Kat , sorted two replacements out and shipped them the next day. I found a fault on a recently purchased garden chair. One phone call and a replacement was arranged with prompt delivery. All very efficient and hassle free.
Overall, Kettler GB offers responsive customer service and a straightforward warranty process. While their products generally seem to be of good quality and the customer service team is quick to address issues, there have been recurring problems with product defects, ranging from broken items on arrival to issues appearing after some use. It's reassuring that Kettler resolves these issues efficiently, but the frequency of these problems is a concern.
I had a problem with a Kettler bistro table that was 2.5 years into its 3 year warranty so I emailed the problem to Kettles Support, including photos of the problem. Within an hour I received a very nice and sympathetic response from Kettles Support and a replacement table was delivered within a week. Brilliant service. As a footnote, I was so impressed with Kettler's customer care that I immediately purchased two more chairs from them.
Kat at Kettler after sales for Kettler GB was excellent in helping me sort out a replacement slat for a Kettler table. The Kettler furniture has also been great since purchasing.

Feb 09,2025I bought an Everdure 4k bbq a few years ago. It’s had a few problems which they’ve fixed. But the technical design problem with the heating/starting element that short circuits your whole house has failed again leaving me 2 times in as many years with a nonfunctional bbq. For a low cost product it would not be a problem but for this item I feel they are still selling an item not suitable for general use. The last time it was repaired I was told they were replacing 15 elements per week! I’ve emailed them a few times now asking for a replacement element to replace myself but ive not even had an acknowledgment. I originally emailed on Dec 25th 2024 and again a couple of weeks ago. We are now 6 weeks on with no reply. My advice is to buy something other than Everdure…. Kamodo Joe or Big Green egg. But do not buy a 4K BBQ. A complete waste of money.
