Oct 28,2024We booked Kids DJ after having seeing a brochure in our local wacky warehouse. As we run a pub we have had lots of entertainers but non as bad as this one. DJ Dave arrived, starting moving furniture when clearly there was a space for him provided, but he insisted on moving things around which led to staff having to come off a busy bar to help. Then the party started. He played two games within the “fun thrilled” two and half hours we paid for. Half my customers and their children left because of how boring he actually was. My partner told him there was prizes behind the bar when he was ready for them for the games and he ignored the fact several times. (My 11 year old daughter ended up going around at the end just giving them out) He didn’t dress the part for a Halloween themed children’s party as stated. The “DJ” played Michael Jackson’ ‘Thriller’ 4 times!! When I stated about the songs the owner Steve said “There's only a few classic Halloween tracks that any DJ can play. Not all DJs do dress up, some prefer just to be themselves”. My own hard drive contains over 200 Halloween tracks! So not only did our party look bad to the customers that had brought their children, they may not attend another. I immediately called “Steve”. Who was on holiday. I told him I’d send photo evidence of the room clearing and he stated “well parties do that”. Not at any of our previous parties and if the children were kept entertained they wouldn’t have left. When I stated I’ll send the full videos from my cctv and that I wanted a refund of my next party (as I’d booked them for Christmas too) he stated that there is a non refund policy. Even though I’ve given him over two months notice! And his “Entertainer” failed me. The next message I received was him screenshotting a post on our social media (as we had had a little damage off one of our non regular customers at the night - which all pubs do from time to time) and he messages me with “ Well it looks like your fully grown women customers aren't the best anyway”. So unprofessional, wish I hadn’t booked them AVOID!! Their website and Facebook makes them look so amazing, clearly not!

Oct 26,2024Booking with kids DJ was really easy no problems at all. DJ Andy from kids DJ was absolutely fantastic,he kept the kids (and adults) amused for 2 hrs,games for everyone,i cant recommend him highly enough, everyone had a fantastic time, including the birthday boy.Thanks Andy 🥳

Oct 25,2024Dave our DJ was absolutely superb. He was polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and most importantly of all the children loved him! We have 3 other discos booked in this year with KidsDJ and have requested Dave for all of them.

Oct 09,2024We booked with Kids DJ after reading the reviews and we were so pleased we did. DJ steve arrived promptly and was warm and friendly and put our soon to be 7 year old daughter completely at ease. Steve interacted brilliantly with the kids and every minute of the time was filled with games and fun. Steve involved the parents too at times which the kids loved. I would 100% recommend this company, as well as Steve being great, the communication was fab and the whole experience really positive. Worth every penny!

Sep 28,2024DJ Dave played great tunes. He varied the sessions so they were right for the various age groups at the school disco. He had all the kids engaged so very few were sat at the sides and the teachers commented how little 'crowd control'they needed to do as the kids were all up dancing. In fact it was hard not to jump in and join them. Classic hits that make it hard to be sat down! Couldn't recommend him more.

Sep 26,2024We decided to book our sons 7th birthday party through Kids DJ as we had heard great things about them and wow was we right to do so. My son had the most magical day and the DJ made him feel extra special, all the children were equally involved in games and dances and we had such a great time. I can’t recommend Kids DJ highly enough and I’ll be certainly booking again in the near future. Thank you again for such a wonderful day and making my sons birthday party one to remember.

Sep 26,2024After attending a birthday that Kids Dj had hosted I was blown away with how funny and engaging the entertainment was. Even the parents were up laughing playing games. From this experience I recommended my friend and I book them for our son’s 6th birthday party. Arriving at the venue to set up for our excited boys DJ Linda arrived. She asked what games should she play and told us this was her first party for the company. Absolutely nothing listed from what to expect at the party happened. I don’t think she wished the boys happy birthday or could identify who they were. The children were not interested in her as she was miserable stood in the corner chewing gum playing songs from the 80s/90s. Games went on for an eternity she had no control of the party. It became a joke that one parent said it was like a comedy sketch. My teenage daughters jumped in to dance with the kids and help rally them around for games etc. The experience was an absolute waste of money and what’s been even harder to understand is the customer service afterwards. Be warned there are as you can see from the reviews some great DJs all I can recommended is that you categorically ask that DJ Linda does not attend your party!

Sep 24,2024Fab time had by all great service and is really good with the children and involves everyone. Very energetic and brilliant guy, nothing is too much bother range of music old and new. Would highly recommend the service great entertainment and value for money. Most defo wouldnt go anywhere else for my dj needs.
