I contacted KimmyB about a replacement, and had good communication, so I ordered a refil. It arrived well packed in a lovely little bag and a handmade thank you card. A delight to do business with

Kept up to date throughout order with personalised emails. When products arrived attractively wrapped with a handmade thank you card - made you feel that your order had been appreciated. I will certainly be keeping these products in mind for birthday presents for friends.

Feb 22,2022Kim gives such lovely customer service, her advice and product knowledge was really insightful (like trimming the wick!). I really appreciate that the candles are made from eco soy wax as that falls in line with my lifestyle and they give a really clean burn too. My favourite scent is the wild damson, but all of them have a great depth to them and they are so elegant. My friend was so pleased with the diffuser I bought with the cute flower that sits on top! 100% recommend!
