Jun 26,2020Let me just start off by saying that these softgels work really well. I was a little hesitant, because I used a type of melatonin before and it didn’t work. The first night I tried one, It was after a long day where I was already tired. I took one and after less than 30 minutes, I was asleep. I can usually fall asleep on my own when I’m tired, I so I wrote this off to my prior exhaustion. The next day, though, I woke up feeling great - no grogginess. I took them the next day when I wasn’t tired and the same situation happened. Immediate sleep!

Jun 12,2020I always had trouble sleeping because of my anxiety, and when I was introduced to King Buddha I had one of the best sleeping experience in months! I first started with one of their many oil tinctures. It makes your body very relaxed and makes you feel calm. Now i can't go one day without taking King Buddha. I take some of their tasty gummies in the morning for relief then I take some of their pre work out for when I got to the gym, I highly recommend King Buddha!.
