Aug 05,2021I have ordered a Royal CX- 35 for my home gym on KingsBox.it in January and they had like 30 days delivery- i was not happy about that, but still i decided to order a second time, because they are one of the few that produce their fitness equipment in Europe for a good price...that is rare on the market. I have decided to order- Hi temp plates and add-on (dip bar and safety catchers) in July and it was a completely different story for the delivery times. The order got delivered in just 4 days which is pretty amazing in these circomstances. The Rack, add ons and hi temp plates are amazing, i love training with them. I will definitely make a third order soon from KingsBox.

Aug 03,2021The products are great quality - much better than similar products from other companies for the same price. And with some nice design details that I appreciate. I definitely recommend buying from this online store. I was expecting a big delay in shipping because of the reviews that I've read here. So it was a pleasant surprise when the order arrived after 5 days. It seems that they've made some major progress on their delivery times.

Aug 03,2021I have made an order of 2000€ in December 2020 (in the second wave of corona) and it was a bad experience. The shipping was slow, the customer support communication was slow, but the products were very, very good, so i decided to make a second order in June. It was a completely different story. The support helped me choose between Royal and Mighty Rack CX-35 (they were super friendly!) and the products were delivered in 3 days from my order. I love to see this kind of improvement in a company...it may be that covid-19 was a big hit to KingsBox, but the improvement that they have made is incredible- worthy of 5 stars.

Jul 30,2021Lieferzeit statt 3 Wochen 14 Wochen. Und nicht einmal telefonisch jemanden erreicht. Auch per Mail oder social media hat es super lange gedauert jemanden zu erreichen. Nachdem mir 2 x zugesagt wurde die Ware würde kommen (und sie dann aber doch nicht kam) hat es beim dritten Anlauf endlich geklappt... leider haben die wichtigsten Teile gefehlt, sodass ich nochmal 4 Wochen warten durfte. (Farbe vom Rack übrigens nicht wie auf den Bildern)... Auf Mahnungen, Bitten und anderes wurde nicht wirklich eingegangen. Jetzt hab ich einen Gutschein bekommen (damit ich nochmal dort bestellen darf :-D ) Fazit: Die Produkte sind soweit ganz gut, preislich im Mittelfeld und vom Service katastrophal.

Trovato praticamente tutto, e nonostante il possibile disservizio comunicato appena confermato l'ordine, tutto è arrivato entro i 10 giorni del pagamento. Servizio clienti il migliore che ho riscontrato, si sono addirittura preoccupati anche nel post vendita. Complimenti

Jun 10,2021Angegebene Lieferzeit mitlerweile um das Doppelte überzogen. Warte noch immer auf irgendeine Nachricht vom Unternehmen. Telefonisch nicht erreichbar! Habe eine Teillieferung erhalten, da kann ich über die Qualität nichts schlechtes sagen...allerdings rechtfertigt dass nicht den fehlenden Service und falsche Lieferfristangaben. Nie wieder! update: Heute, am 07.07. ist meine Bestellung von April bei mir eingetroffen. Trotz all der Schwierigkieten habe ich mich gefreut und voller Freude die Verpackung geöffnet: 1. Die Swiss-Bar kam völlig verdreckt an! 2. Die Beschichtung sowohl der Chrom-Teile (Aufnahmestangen) als auch des Griffes sind beschädigt und ungleichmässig aufgetragen (Schichtdicke variiiert stark und bildet Einschlüsse bzw. Erhebungen). Als persönliche Empfehlung mit einem ähnlichen Produktangebot möchte ich auf die Fa. titaniumstrength.de und Heliosports.nl verweisen --> Habe in den letzten Monaten einige Bestellungen abgegeben und bin von Qualität, Service und Abwicklung sehr angetan. Service Top . Auch bei Problemen fühlt man sich als Kunde und wird wirklich unterstützt. Qualität sehr gut. Materialien und Verarbeitung Welten vor Kingsbox. Man hat es nicht nötig, mit Unternehmen wie Kingsbox zusammen zu arbeiten!

May 23,2021Die Angegebene Lieferzeit von 20-40 Tagen wurde nicht eingehalten. Selbst nach einigen Mails und über 60Tagen noch keine Spur von meinem Paket. Zwar wird auf die Mail geantwortet, jedoch wird man hier nur vertröstet. Ich werde hier nie wieder etwas kaufen! Zur Info, ich habe ein einziges Teil bestellt - etwas, dass man mal eben in einen Karton werfen und abschicken kann...

Feb 20,2021They say they have products in stock, but delivery is not within a reasonable period. They also do not communicate proactively about this. They keep saying sorry, but there is no solution. The company does not comply to delivery times or even delayed delivery times. Very disappointing.

Aug 12,2020Su Kingsbox ho trovato tutto l'occorrente per i miei allenamenti. Qualità senza precedenti, dal servizio clienti sempre pronto a rispondere (attivo soprattutto via mail in questo periodo di Covid), ai prodotti di indiscutibile bellezza, qualità e ricerca del dettaglio. Ci sono stati dei piccoli inconvenienti dovuti però ad un problema di magazzino, immediatamente risolti con ineccepibile rapidità dal servizio clienti stesso, che ha provveduto a spedirmi a casa il materiale corretto, senza, peraltro, richiedermi indietro il materiale errato e concedendomi, inoltre, un ottimo buono sconto su un acquisto di una cintura da sollevamento di cui avevo bisogno come gesto di scuse nei miei confronti. Che dire di più? Ottimo!! Altamente consigliati, sono persone serissime. Grazie e alla prossima.
