Well...where shall I start. OK so let me start off with one positive....clearly the site has a good range of kids wear clothing, although I noticed that exact replicas of clothing could also be seen on other websites such as fashiontiy. Then, the shipping fee was astronomical and almost put me off buying from them in the first place but I somewhat wanted to give this company the benefit of doubt (big mistake). So I selected the cheapest shipping method which worked out rough £40/£50 said it would take 5-8 business days....THATS A BIG LIE!!! I made my order on 20th October 2024 and the items arrived 5th November, but due to missing that delivery, it was redelivered for 8th November 2024. I had some slight reservations about this company, particularly when it came to payment methods- they didn't offer PayPal as a payment option and usually with companies I'm unfamiliar with I always feel much more at ease using PayPal as a security measure. The only options where debit and credit card. So I used my credit card and I recall a week or so after making payment my outstanding balance on the credit card started to increase. I also remember after making payment there was a message telling me they may take further money from my account to cover duty costs for the product which I did find extremely fishy. Weeks went by and my outstanding balance on the credit card kept increasing and increasing and by that point I had to block my card and I am so certain this company was responsible. I contacted my bank and there were allsorts of transactions made for £90 odd pounds in various supermarkets in London, which I had not made. And also to mention, whilst I had made my order on 20th October, it was on 28th October I received an email regarding the dispatch of my order and nothing further since then. I had made contact with the company a week or two later to find out what was happening with my order and as you can expect I was completely ignored and ironically, only received responses from them after I had made contact with my bank. I am very much certain that this company may have sold my bank details to someone for them to use my card willy nilly. When I told the company about their scandalous activity, they denied all accusations, trying to act empathetic but I know it's all an act to keep their reputation. Even though my order eventually arrived, the quality was OK, but the sizes are on some of the items were way off. It is a shame because had they been a genuine company I would probably continued purchasing from them but after you delayed my order and also robbed me in the process I would NEVER EVER EVER IN MY LIFE order from this scam of a company again! And this is a direct message to you KisKissing- when you see this review do not even try to justify yourselves by saying you sent my goods and that I need to check things with my delivery company blah blah blah....THE POINT IS YOU STOLE FROM ME AND THAT MAKES YOU A THIEF AND A LIAR!!!! BEWAREE!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

I share my experience. I have been buying from Kiskissing since 2020, from day one I have been supported in any doubt by the Kiskissing team but especially by Tiger. I have not had many specific situations, on the contrary, most have been very good and exceeded my expectations, however, those that have arisen as opportunities, I have always had an immediate response and a positive solution for my Business. Tiger is an excellent resource with pro-client alternatives at all times.
I was a little upset it took a week to let me know half of my order wasn’t available. I did want to cancel to be honest as it was the missing items I wanted the rest was just an add on really. I was then told they would keep 25% of my money if I cancelled because they’d already work on the available items. Again not very impressed at all. I would understand that logic if I’d have been told straight away those items wasn’t available but I wasn’t. The items I did receive are absolutely stunning and delivery was within a few days of them finally letting me know half my order wasn’t available. so I’m glad I didn’t cancel my order or I wouldn’t have seen the lovely quality I’m not happy with how long it took them to let me know half my order wasn’t available as I had no time to sit and choose more to get the discount. So yes I loved the clothes but definitely not the customer service. I won’t mark the star down because like I said they are beautiful. It just wasn’t the best 1st order

I had an expensive order get lost in the mail and was rather worried I lost out on a lot of money. They took care of it as soon as they got the word from FedEx that it was really lost and I was able to go receive shop credit. I’m very relieved and will continue to do business with them. Thank you!

I had my parcel encounter customs issues when in-transit and they we on too of it with emails and WhatsApp messages to help it get cleared. I appreciate the prompt responses. I purchase at-least ones a months from them and i have never had any problems getting my parcel.
I’ve been doing business with Kiskissing for a little over year now. I will admit I have had one or two hiccups with the company in the past, regarding orders I have placed. However I will say they’re customer service has been excellent. I have communicated with Yvonne and she is wonderful. She offers her assistance as well as different ways to resolve a discrepancy you may have. I plan to continue to doing business with Kiskissing as my business continues to grow and expand.

Feb 23,2025I wish I read the reviews before placing the order. The high shipping cost almost made me not order but I decided to give it a chance because of the wide clothing options. I did a small sample order of 11 items and according to the site, it would be processed in 2 to 7 business days. That was February 9 and it still says processing...for 11 items. I opened a support ticket requesting to cancel the order and be issued a refund because the delay does not work with my business needs. I have received no response. I do not recommend.
